This Privacy Policy explains how Battery Charging Animation (the "App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App on your mobile device. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
The App does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information directly. If you choose to email us through the in-app feedback option, your email content and address will be visible to us solely for the purpose of responding to your message.
When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically by the App or by the third-party SDKs integrated within it:
Device information: device model, manufacturer, operating system version, language, time zone, screen resolution.
Battery information: battery level, charging status, charging type, and battery temperature, used to display the charging animation and notifications. Battery data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Usage data: anonymous interaction events such as app open, screen views, charging events, and feature usage, collected via Google Firebase Analytics.
Crash and diagnostic data: stack traces and device state at the moment of an unexpected crash, collected via Google Firebase Crashlytics, to help us identify and fix bugs.
Advertising identifier: the Google Advertising ID (AAID), used by advertising SDKs to deliver and measure ads. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device's settings.
Approximate location: derived from your IP address by advertising SDKs to deliver region-appropriate ads. The App does not access GPS or precise location.
Install referrer: the source of your install (e.g., Google Play organic, ad campaign) via the Google Play Install Referrer API.
We do not collect your contacts, SMS messages, call logs, microphone audio, or camera images.
We do not access your precise GPS location.
We do not access files outside the App's own image storage folder.

The App uses AdMob mediation to fill ad inventory from additional networks. Each partner may collect device identifiers and usage data per its own policy:

The App displays advertisements to support free distribution. Ads may be personalized (based on advertising identifier and inferred interests) or non-personalized.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar laws (CCPA in California, LGPD in Brazil, etc.), the App will display a consent dialog the first time you open it, asking you to choose whether to allow personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time via the in-app privacy options.
You can also limit ad tracking system-wide by going to your device Settings → Google → Ads and enabling "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of ads personalization".
Analytics events: retained by Firebase for up to 14 months by default, then automatically deleted.
Crash reports: retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
Advertising data: retained per each ad network's policy.
Local data (charging history, saved images, preferences): stored on your device and deleted when you uninstall the App.
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
Right to access the personal information we hold about you.
Right to deletion of personal information.
Right to opt out of personalized advertising.
Right to data portability.
Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we process. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Information sent to third-party SDKs is protected according to their respective security practices.
The third-party services we use (Google, Meta, AppLovin, Unity, ByteDance, Mintegral) may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, Singapore, China, and the European Union. By using the App, you consent to such international transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice.
