There are numerous online booking websites.  Are few suggestions are below but there are many others.

If you are not aware of how these websites work, a simplistic explanation is that the booking platforms "buy" rooms from the accommodation venues they have an arrangement with at a discounted rate which they then sell online at a profit.  (This is why websites often have rooms available where the venue itself does not.) If the platform  can't sell a room, it either on-sells the room(s) to another platform or sells it back to the venue which is why a venue occasionally will suddenly have last second bookings available.  

BOOKING TIPS:  

Before you book on a accommodation platform, it is often worth checking with the accommodation venue first.  If it has any unsold rooms available it may be willing to price-match (or perhaps better) the booking website price in order to avoid paying the booking platform's commission.

Caution:  In the unlikely event that the event date changes, cancellations and refunds may be difficult.  Please read your chosen platform's cancellation and refunds policy before booking.
