We are really sorry to hear that. Make sure you have booked with us, so we can help. We have very few findings in our cars, and solve this in a timely manner, as our drivers are regularly checking and cleaning the car after each journey.

If you got a taxi from a taxi rank, or hailed it on the street, your best bet is to go back to where you got the taxi from.

  • Taxis from Bath Spa Railway Station

We only pick up from the rear exit (Platform 1 - London arrivals) or by the Royal Hotel cross the road (Platform 2 - Bristol arrivals), just opposite front entrance. The taxi drivers waiting in the taxi rank in the front are on their own and not usually working with our dispatch.
