i've lost more than 1.6k videos. priceless content to me that I can never get back. this channel has become the most important thing in my life the last 3 years. i spend more than 12 hours a day sometimes creating honest content. I have never scammed or deceived anyone.
Recklessly stealing my honest content away from me, a completely disabled veteran, is completely failing at your goal to keep the YouTube community safe and supported. I have reviewed YouTube’s Spam, Deceptive Practices, and Scams Policy, and I am totally unsure of any violation I may have committed. I would never intentionally mislead or engage in deceptive behavior.
I had no idea I was doing anything wrong. This channel means everything to me, not just my videos, but my watch history, my 100k+ comments, my playlists and of course the community tab. I have worked so hard creating this channel as a reflection of my life. Now I'm severely disabled and living alone, and so YouTube has become my community. And I for the first time in my life felt safe to create this record of my life, documenting my skills and knowledge to share after I'm gone. It means so much to me that I don't lose this precious content forever.
I never got a warning or a strike aking away my honest content without justification—especially as a completely disabled veteran—is a complete failure of YouTube’s mission to keep its community safe and supported.
