November of every year, Bates invites artists to come perform at the annual Fall Concert
These artists are usually selected based on availability and initial polling of the Bates student body, and the concerts are open to the general public. Tickets are priced at special rates for Bates students, usually involving early bird prices and lots of giveaways!
The Fall Concert Announcement is an October Commons surprise that Batesies look forward to, until which time the identity of the artist is a well kept secret.
