• User Identifiers (Random Username): The Application requests a random username from you. This identifier is transmitted over the internet and securely stored on our servers. It is used exclusively to track and count the total number of legal active users of the Application for operational management and analytics.

Beyond this random username, the Application does not collect, harvest, or transmit any other personal information, such as your real name, phone number, email address, physical location, or contact lists.

2. Device Permissions Required

To function correctly, the Application requires the following standard device permissions:

• Internet Access: Required to transmit the random username for tracking and server-side verification purposes.

• Device Storage: Required to save, modify, or delete your tournament and match records & scores and application configurations locally on your device. So that user able to save records and creat & save match or tournament history/stats locally and seamlessly have access to it.

• Notifications: Used strictly as a local utility to display the download progress and success status of your generated PDF match reports, making it easier for you to access and share files with others. No marketing messages or remote push notifications are sent.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We value your privacy. The stored random username is used strictly for internal developer management. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share this data with any third-party companies or marketing networks.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your stored random username from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately so we can remove it from our tracking records.
