At the center, a large blue eye serves as a watchful sentinel, overlooking a scene where the sea represents the livelihood of fishermen across all municipalities and the majestic Butanding (whale shark) stands as a proud symbol of Donsol. This aquatic life is balanced by images of the province's volcanic terrain and agricultural roots, featuring a farmer and his carabao against golden fields. Anchoring the modern evolution of the province is the portrait of Governor Edwin "Boboy" Hamor, whose gaze toward the Sorsogon Sports Arena and newly paved roads signifies a visionary bridge between traditional heritage  and a world-class future. The entire composition is bathed in warm yellows and oranges, reflecting a "Golden Age" of growth and energy for the province.
