Techtenstein Services Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Bass Booster & Volume Booster mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

Our primary goal is to provide a seamless, high-quality audio enhancement experience. To do this, we collect and use the following types of information:
Local Device Data (Audio Presets): The App allows you to create custom equalizer and volume presets. This data is saved locally on your device's internal storage to ensure your settings remain intact between sessions. We do not transmit or store these presets on our external servers.
Audio Processing: The App utilizes your device's built-in audio framework to modify audio output in real-time. We do not record, intercept, store, or transmit your microphone input, phone calls, or the actual contents of the audio/music files you are playing.
We use third-party services to facilitate our App, provide advertisements, and analyze how our App is used. These third parties have access to certain device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) and usage data to perform these tasks on our behalf.

Google AdMob: Used to serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements.

If the App encounters an error or crash, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other diagnostic statistics. This data is strictly used to troubleshoot and fix bugs.
The security of your data is important to us. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
