Basin Springs Cemetery Association is recognized as exempt from federal income taxation under 

Section 501 (c) (13) and is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions. 

The Board of Trustees is working on the following projects which need your financial support. 

• GENERAL UPKEEP: This includes mowing, weed control, and approved stone cleaning products. 

• TOMBSTONE REPAIRS: There are several stones in danger of complete breakage or erosion from the elements. The Board of Trustees is compiling a list from the most to least damaged as we work to save them. 

• FENCE REPAIRS: The current fence was installed in 1978 and is in need of repairs/ replacement. 

• PO Box Expenses: The PO Box is renewed annually based on the  USPS rates. 

The Board of Trustees could also use non-cash donations to support the work at hand.

• Tombstone cleaner: Wet & Forget Outdoor Cleaner (moss/mold/mildew &  algae stain remover) or D/2 Biological Solution

• Tombstone cleaning supplies: Spray bottles/Hand-held pump sprayers,  soft bristle toothbrushes, natural bristle brushes, Nylon detail brushes, non-latex gloves

• Mailing supplies: envelopes, stamps, paper

• Ground supplies: Weed block/killer, red/silver paint for metal, sandpaper
