God called Starla and I to Basin in 2016 and we are super blessed to be able to return to Wyoming where Starla was born and raised and where we worked in the outdoor industry for 10 years earlier in our marriage. We love the beauty and outdoor opportunities that the Bighorn Basin offers, but most of all we love the people and are humbled to be able to partner with the men and women of this local body to spread the good news of Jesus and "make disciples who make disciples"
I earned my bachelors in Christian Ministry from Trinity International University in Deerfield Illinois and am completing my MA in Theological studies through Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
Starla and I have six children, four of whom we adopted out of the foster system. Our youngest three just graduated this Spring and will be pursuing further education. Starla and I are anticipating the transition to "empty nesters".
I grew up on the mission field in Peru South America where my parents served with Wycliffe. God used these formative years to instill in me a love for missions and other cultures as well as showing Himself to be a BIG God.
In my free time I enjoy the outdoor opportunities Wyoming provides with a special passion for Elk Hunting and fly-fishing.
