My work at the University of Manchester is supervised by Dr. Mazhar Waseem. We are working on building

a model of informality in developing county context. At the same time, I am studying graduate coursework at the University of Manchester. Earlier, I graduated with BS in Economics and Mathematics from Syed Babar Ali School of Science and Engineering at LUMS. I have worked as an RA at mignex.org and as a Mathematics in Economics tutor for MGSHSS, LUMS. I have taken higher-level courses including Calculus, Linear Algebra, Advanced Econometrics, Statistics, Real Analysis, Functional Analysis with an introduction to measure theory, Topology, Microeconomics Theory, Macroeconomics Theory, and History of Economic Thought.

I am a Mathematics geek doing economics for fun. I am interested in deep Mathematical questions like how numbers originated and how Mathematics married Economics.

I am also interested in the Punjabi culture, particularly Punjabi Sufi poetry. I write articles at eacpe.org.

I read about competing economic systems around the world. I am interested in the logic of the idea of Free-market and its relation to the real world.
