Complete BASEMENT FRAMING SERVICES for the DIY Homeowner / Contractor.
BASEMENT FLOATING WALLS:
We frame our basement walls using a 16" on-center layout and a 3" float. Pressure treated bottom plates are glued and secured to the floor with Tapcon concrete anchors.
All doors and windows are framed in and all soffits / dropped ceilings are installed around steel columns, beams, ductwork, HVAC and plumbing. All fire-stop and draft-stop is installed as needed / required by code.
Our finished product is mechanical and drywaller ready and is GUARANTEED TO PASS FRAMING INSPECTION
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
