We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damages arising from the use of this website or participation in our activities. By submitting a booking for one of our BASE jumping courses, you agree to the following conditions:

• A deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit is final and cannot be refunded for any reason, including cancellations or changes in personal circumstances.

• Once your deposit is received, we’ll provide you with a detailed course information pack. After this has been delivered, refund requests will not be accepted under any conditions.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 90 days before the course begins. Within 30 days of the course start date, the full amount becomes non-refundable.
