The name "Baseball By The Sea" was inspired by the baseball field located on a narrow strip of land in Nahant, MA between Lynn Harbor to the west and Nahant Bay and the Atlantic Ocean to the east. I began doing my baseball workouts at this field, about 12 miles north of Boston, when our family moved to Swampscott, a mile north, in 2015.
