Professor York was an inspiration to so many and dedicated his life to helping the students he taught. He displayed unwavering dedication that allowed him to have such an impact with the work he did on and off campus. Professor York not only was a professor and mentor, but was a person everyone felt comfortable going to whenever they needed advice.

His spirit, drive, and focus is what BASE is all about and what the organization lives up to everyday and look to be the best we can be.

And we always remember no matter what challenges we face when someone should ask you how you are doing you should always say:
