We do not collect personal information like your name, email address, or physical address. The information we collect is limited to non-personal data that helps us improve the App’s performance and user experience.
Usage and Device Information
When you use Basara Bingo, we automatically collect certain non-personal information about your device and how you interact with the App. This may include your device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers, or IDFA), IP address, language settings, and in-App actions (e.g., level completion, features used, session length). This information is collected to ensure the App functions correctly, to troubleshoot technical issues, and to understand overall usage patterns to enhance gameplay and stability. We do not link this device information to any personally identifiable information about you.
Analytics and Advertising Data
We share your device ID and usage data with trusted third-party analytics and advertising partners. This sharing is solely for the purposes of data analysis and App promotion. Our partners analyze this aggregated data to help us measure the App’s performance, understand user engagement, and manage the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. For example, this data helps us determine which features are popular and optimize our user acquisition efforts. The information shared is non-personal and is used in an aggregated, anonymized form for these analytical purposes.
How We Share Information
We are committed to not selling or proactively providing your data to others. However, your non-personal data may be shared with third parties under the following circumstances:
With Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors, service providers, and analytics partners who perform services on our behalf, such as data analysis, marketing, and cloud storage. For Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you via the App and/or email of any change in ownership or uses of your information.

Data Retention and Deletion
We follow a strict data retention policy to minimize data storage:
Automatic Deletion: We will automatically delete user data linked to your device identifier 90 days after you become inactive (i.e., after you last used the App).
No Long-Term Storage: We do not store your data indefinitely. Our operational model involves sharing data with third-party analytics partners for processing; we do not maintain a separate, permanent storage archive of user data.
Request for Deletion: You may request the proactive deletion of your data before the standard 90-day period. To do so, please contact us. Upon receiving your request, we will initiate the deletion process with our third-party partners. Please note: Due to technical synchronization processes across systems, the complete removal of data traces from all third-party analytics platforms may take up to an additional 90 days to fully process and confirm. We will notify you once the process is finalized.
Age Restriction
Basara Bingo is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with information, please contact us immediately so we can take steps to delete such data. We recommend that users between 13 and 18 use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
User Guidelines and Terms of Conduct
By using Basara Bingo, you agree to adhere to the following community guidelines:
A. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the App. Prohibited behavior includes harassing, causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or networks, or to defeat, avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, or otherwise circumvent any software protection or monitoring mechanisms of the App is strictly forbidden.
B. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding any device on which you use the App. You must not share your Apple ID or device with unauthorized users. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any activities or actions that occur under your device. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your device in connection with the App.
C. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Basara Bingo App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and game mechanics, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our express written permission.
Changes to Terms and Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy and the User Guidelines at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and/or through an in-App notice. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to periodically review this policy.
