I'm a sole proprietorship consultant with the Value Added Tax (VAT) registered in the Internal Revenue Department, Minister of Finance, Government of Nepal.
I've two decades of experience developing and operationalising the M&E system, including frameworks and tools in labour and employment, agricultural development, natural resource management, disaster risk reduction, financial inclusion, rural development, gender equality and social inclusion.
I led M&E efforts for several programs, including the Prime Minister Employment Programme (Government of Nepal and the World Bank), Agricultural research in Lumle Agricultural Research Centre (Nepal Agricultural Research Council and the British Government), and several projects funded or implemented by USAID, FCDO, UNDP, UN Women, CAMRIS International, Mercy Corps Nepal, and CARE Nepal.
I'm well-versed in evaluation designs and methodologies, results-based management, and statistical data analysis. I've facilitated training and orientation for stakeholders, including government agencies and NGOs, ensuring strong collaboration and effective communication.
I'm an active member of the 1) Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Alumni since 2002; 2) Voluntary Organisations of Professional Evaluators (Society of Monitoring and Evaluation, Community of Evaluators-Nepal and Nepal Evaluation Society) and 3) Nepal Participatory Action Network (NEPAN).
