 Leigh Bartsch, Founder and Owner of Bartsch Custom Carpentry

 Carpentry has been a long-time passion of mine. The Bartsch name has been in the construction and carpentry business for generations. My grandfather was a journeyman carpenter and my father ran his own drywall company. Growing up with a father in the trades, I gained skills and a passion for the profession from a young age. There was never any question of what direction I would head once I graduated high school. In 2023 I completed my red seal and was officially a journeyman. In 2024 a life long dream came to realty and Bartsch Custom Carpentry began.

At the heart of the company, no matter the project, I work to turn your house into a home. I will put all I’ve got into ensuring you receive the utmost quality of work. Here at Bartsch Custom Carpentry, I understand that there may be nerves attached to hiring for new builds or renovations, but I pride myself in building trust and providing transparency and communication throughout the whole process.
