What better way to enjoy the spring weather than using your own anemometer. Happy Go Luckies 4-H Club did just that! They built their own anemometer using items around the house to learn about weather. SO COOL!
Totally Awesome 4-H Club will be making these delicious treats for their pups at their Friday meeting. Club leader, Harriet Armstrong, wanted to share the recipe with fellow members and families so they could enjoy making these as well.

Happy-Go-Luckies had fun learning to sing "It's a Wonderful World" in SIGN LANGUAGE! This was taught by their club member Rachel Treadway.
Thank you to the Totally Awesome 4-H Club, ISSK, Happy Go-Luckies, and the Circle C Horse and Pony Club! When the food gathered was weighed on Saturday, we had 648 pounds!! Great job! It totally filled the back of Harriet Armstrong's (HHS Educator and 4-H Leader of Totally Awesome) SUV.
Harriet also judged the Can-struction competition. Unfortunately there were only 2 entries, but both were very good. You can see both in the link below. The one with the cardinal had over 3,000 cans and the one with the popcorn had over 5,000 cans.
…to Stillman Whittington of SRC Farmers 4-H Club. He was elected the Health and Safety Officer for his club and is taking this role seriously! At Stillman’s recent club meeting, he demonstrated the importance of wearing a hardhat using a watermelon and a hammer. Great idea, Stillman!
Curious to see the outcome? Why not try this with your club?! If you or your club is looking for ideas or to learn more on the Health and Safety Officer, check out the attachment with information and ideas.
