come as you are ~ Babes strive to hold space for difference across lived experiences, as well as the wisdom and curiosity that we all have to offer. we stay home if we are sick, mask to protect our community's health, and hold ourselves accountable for the ways our egos impede our collective progress.

learn as you go ~ whether you are new to bartering or well-versed in its applications, Babes are in the habit of asking questions rather than assuming and sharing resources that are designed to enrich our communal learning experience. Babes are willing to make mistakes, learn different communication practices, and seek to repair any harms caused from a place of accountability & proactivity.

give when you can ~ when Babes have the capacity to hold space for or share their wealth of resources with others, we pour into our community with well-informed, sustainable, and loving intentions. we honor our boundaries as they transfrom over time and responsibly communicate these changes to others.

take what you need ~ when encountering a challenge, barrier, or lack; pour into yourself for as long as you need and to whatever extents make you feel most supported. our community will work together & take the initiative to ask how we may best support Babes in need.
