Mr. Rakib is an Advocate of the Supreme   Court of Bangladesh and a legal practitioner who commenced his career in 2018 and has since developed a diverse practice spanning family law, criminal law, land law, constitutional law, company and commercial matters. Through his continuous involvement in both advisory and litigation work, he has built a well-balanced foundation of practical legal experience.

Having advised and represented a wide range of clients, Mr. Robin regularly handles family law matters, including divorce, succession, and guardianship, where he is known for his careful and client-focused approach in sensitive disputes. His experience in criminal law includes advising and defending clients at various stages of proceedings, demonstrating diligence and strategic insight.

Mr. Robin is also experienced in land-related matters, including title verification and dispute resolution, as well as commercial transactions and company formation. He frequently assists senior counsel in High Court Division litigation, contributing to legal research, drafting, and case preparation in complex constitutional and civil matters.

Education & Professional Qualifications:

Mr. Robin completed his LL.B from BPP University, United Kingdom, and thereafter successfully completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at Cardiff University, United Kingdom. He was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2022.

He further pursued his LL.M from Bangladesh University of Professionals, strengthening his academic foundation in law.

Mr. Rakib is an Advocate of the District and Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka, and actively practices across a broad range of legal areas, combining his international legal training with practical experience in the Bangladeshi legal system.
