I’ve been pet sitting and working in structured animal care environments since 2019, including boarding, daycare, and shelter-based facilities. My hands-on experience spans companion dogs, sport dogs, and behavior cases ranging from basic manners to complex reactivity. 

I am committed to continuing education and ethical, science-informed animal care. 

I am a member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC) and hold my BCL. I have submitted my referrals and experience for my SBA and am saving up to take my certification exam! My next goal is to fulfill hours for ADT.

I am a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP) and hold my PCKA.

I am insured through Pet Sitters International (PSI). 

For pet sitting, I hold my CPPS and pet first aid and CPR certifications. 

Through PSI, I have also taken courses on Sanitation protocols, disaster preparedness, cat care fundamentals, and dog care fundamentals.

Education never stops in this field, and I actively pursue advanced coursework in behavior, reactivity, engagement-based training, and sport foundations. Feel free to ask me about what coursework I'm currently working through!

I have a pit mix sport dog at home, as well as two cats! When I'm not working with client dogs, I'm fostering with MAD Rescue.
