We are bariskaplan games, a company under laws of Turkey, with registered address at: Gazanfer Bilge Bulvarı Tuana Evleri No:178 İzmit/ Kocaeli (“bariskaplan” or “We” or “Us”), is a developer and publisher of games and mobile game applications that are made available via app stores including the Apple Application Store and Google Play Store (our “Games”).

“Virtual Items” means (a) virtual currency, including without limitation virtual coins, cash, tokens, or points, all for use in the Services and (b) virtual in-game items.

“Services” means our games, products, services, content, and/or other domains or websites operated by us.

“User Content” means all the data that you upload, transmit, create, or generate on or through the Services. This includes things like your profile picture, your in-game text or video chat, and your in-game art or other content authored or designed by you.

• We may license to you certain virtual items to be used within the Service and which you may purchase with real cash or which you may earn or redeem via gameplay (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed to you on limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable basis and limited only for non-commercial use.

• We may manage, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice.

• Virtual Items do not have an equivalent value in real cash and do not act as a substitute for real world money. Neither we nor any other person or entity has any obligation to exchange Virtual Items for anything of value. We has no liability for hacking or loss of your Virtual Items.

• We may modify or eliminate Virtual items from some or all Software at any time, with or without notice.

• We have no responsibility for any Virtual Transactions, redemptions or refunds of Virtual.

• Subject to mandatory legislation, all purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items made through the Services are final and non-refundable. You acknowledge and consent that the provision of Virtual Items for use in Services is a process that commences immediately upon purchase and you forfeit your right of withdrawal once the performance has started.

• Subject to mandatory legislation, you agree that we are not required to provide a refund for Virtual Items for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other compensation for unused Virtual Items, whether your loss of license under these Agreement was voluntary or involuntary.

• Some of our games may offer subscription services. If you purchase a subscription, then by clicking the purchase button you are requesting that we begin supplying the subscription services immediately and are entering into a periodic subscription contract with us. You are also authorizing a charge to you of a periodic subscription fee at the rate quoted at the time of purchase.

• Trial Subscription is offered free of charge for certain period of time from activation specified in the relevant offer in the game. If You do not cancel the Subscription within such period, Subscription Fee shall be taken from Your Account when the trial period expires. Please note that Your Subscription begins immediately after the activation of a trial Subscription, not after the trial period. You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period using the Subscription setting of Your Account. We can not cancel your free-trial subscription if it has already been activated.

• Subscription is automatically renewable, unless You turn off it at least 24 hours before the expiry of the current Subscription. Subscription Fee shall be taken from Your Account during 24 hours preceding the expiry of the current Subscription. In case Subscription Fee cannot be taken from Your Account due to absence of monetary funds, invalidity of credit card or for any other reasons, Your Subscription is automatically cancelled.

• Once You have bought a Subscription, You can manage it and switch off automatic renewal at any time after the purchase in Your Account setting. You cannot cancel Your current Subscription if it has already been activated.

• Except when required by law, paid Subscription Fees are non-refundable.

• Bariskaplan in its sole discretion and at any time may modify the Subscription Fee. Any Subscription Fee change will become effective at the end of the current Subscription period. You will be provided a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription Fee. If You do not take action to agree to the increase in Subscription Fee, Your Subscription shall expire at the end of the current Subscription period.

• You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are handled by App Store or Google Play, from which platform You downloaded the App, and are governed by their terms and conditions. If You have any payment related issues, then You need to contact App Store or Google Play directly.

During your use of our Services, you may enter into correspondence with or participate in promotions of advertisers or sponsors showing their goods or services through the Services. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such activity, is solely between you and the applicable third party. We shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase or promotion between you and any such third party.

The Game doesn`t use cookies to ensure proper.

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Mobile Application and Services.
