2.1. Orders can be be placed online, via +44-7417-486944 messaging us and my facebook page.. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2.2. Advanced payment is required to book your order.
3.1. Custom cake orders are based on the client’s specifications and our interpretation of the design. We will do our best to meet your expectations as much as possible according to given design.
4.1.. No refunds will be given. A refund is only eligible if the cake was NOT made and no ingredients toppers and any decorations bought.
4.2. Refunds will not be issued due to changes in personal preferences after the cake has been prepared.
5. Delivery and Pickup
5.1. We offer both delivery and pickup options. Delivery fees will be calculated based on the location.
5.2. The client is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the cake at the agreed time. We are not liable for any damages caused to the cake once it is in the client’s possession.
5.3. We are not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
6.1. We offer cakes that may contain allergens such as eggs, nuts, dairy, and gluten. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of ordering.
6.2. While we make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
7.1. We are not liable for any personal injuries or damages resulting from the handling, transport, or consumption of our products once they have been delivered or picked up.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
