This Privacy Policy describes how Bareqq (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the Bareeq mobile application and related client services (the “App” or “Service”).
By downloading, registering for, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are
The App is operated by Bareqq and connects clients with digital marketing and business growth services, including Products (one-time services and strategy subscriptions) and Strategy workspaces (content planning, team collaboration, and social account credentials for campaign execution).

2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the App, and limited technical data from your device.
2.1 Account and identity
Name, email address, phone number, username
Profile photo (if provided)
Company name, website, address, city, country (if provided)
Authentication tokens and session data after login
Optional biometric login data (handled by your device’s OS; we do not store your fingerprint or face data on our servers)
2.2 Products and orders
When you browse or purchase through Products:
Product selections (one-time features or strategy plan duration)
Order and checkout details
Invoice and payment-related references (payment processing may be handled by third parties; we do not store full payment card numbers in the App)
2.3 Strategy subscriptions and content
When you use Strategy features:
Active strategy subscriptions, plan dates, and status
Strategy tips and plan metadata from your subscription
Scheduled works / posts you create (title, time, date)
Team discussion messages and optional file attachments you send in strategy group chats
Calendar date selections within your strategy period
2.4 Social media credentials
If you use Credentials, you may voluntarily provide login details for supported platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X):
Username or email per platform
Password per platform
These credentials are transmitted over HTTPS to our servers and must be encrypted at rest on the backend. They are used only to perform services you have requested (e.g. publishing or managing campaigns on your behalf). You can update or clear credentials in the App.
Important: Only provide credentials for accounts you are authorized to share with our team. Do not share credentials you are not permitted to disclose under platform terms or employment agreements.
2.5 Communications and support
In-app chat and messaging content (including text and attachments where enabled)
Support tickets and meeting-related information
Push notification tokens (e.g. Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver alerts
2.6 Knowledge and other features
Usage of knowledge base / learning content (topics viewed, if logged)
Settings preferences (language, theme, font, app type)
Locally cached data on your device for faster loading (e.g. products, strategies, credentials list metadata)
2.7 Device and technical data
Device type, operating system, app version
IP address and general network information (server logs)
Crash or diagnostic logs where enabled
Firebase App Check signals for abuse prevention
We currently disable Firebase Analytics collection in the App configuration; if this changes, we will update this policy.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:

4. Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or similar jurisdictions, we rely on:
Contract — to provide the App and services you request
Legitimate interests — security, service improvement, internal analytics (non-selling)
Consent — push notifications, optional biometric login, voluntary credential storage
Legal obligation — when required by applicable law
You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
5. How we share information
We may share information with:
Authorized Bareqq staff and contractors who need access to deliver your projects (e.g. strategy team members in discussions)
Infrastructure providers such as cloud hosting and Google Firebase (messaging, app integrity) under their terms
Payment or billing partners only as needed to complete transactions you initiate
Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
We require service providers to protect data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
6. International transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country (including Egypt or other regions where our backend or Firebase regions operate). We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required by law.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to:
Provide services and honor subscriptions
Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
You may request deletion of your account or certain data subject to legal retention requirements. Cached data on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the App or clearing app storage.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including:
HTTPS for data in transit
Encrypted storage of social media passwords on the server (backend responsibility)
Access controls and authentication tokens
Firebase App Check and secure local storage for session/cache
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login password confidential and for devices you use to access the App.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal information
Object to or restrict certain processing
Data portability (where applicable)
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

In the App you can:
Update profile and credentials
Manage strategy posts and discussions
Disable biometric login in settings (if enabled)
Control notification permissions in device settings
10. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it.
11. Third-party services and links
The App may link to third-party websites or platforms (social networks, payment pages). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party services you use outside the App.

12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified in the App or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
