This privacy policy applies to the Habit365 (also referred to as Habit Matrix) app for mobile devices, created and maintained by Bardaha Criholic Private Limited. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have complete control over your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect Habit365 is designed to help you track your daily habits. Depending on how you use the app, we may collect the following types of data:
Locally Stored Data: If you use the app offline without Cloud Sync, all your habits, routines, and progress data are stored securely and locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
Cloud Sync Data (Firebase): If you choose to enable "Backup & Sync," we collect the email address associated with your account and securely sync your habit data (such as habit names, completion timestamps, and preferences) to Google Firebase. This ensures you can recover your data if you change devices.
Automatically Collected Data: The app uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain non-personal information, such as your device IP address, operating system, device type, and crash reports to help us improve the app.
2. Third-Party Services We use the following trusted third-party services to operate and monetize our app:
Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, & Crashlytics): Used for account creation, cloud backup, and tracking app crashes to improve performance.
Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may use advertising IDs and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

3. App Permissions Habit365 may request the following permissions on your device:
Notifications: To send you daily reminders for your scheduled habits. You can manage or disable this at any time in the app settings or your device settings.
4. Data Security We value your trust in providing us with your personal information. We utilize commercially acceptable security measures (such as Firebase's encrypted databases) to protect your data. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
5. User Data Deletion Policy You have full control over your data. We have built-in features to let you delete your data instantly:
Clear Local Data: You can delete all your offline habits from the app's "Danger Zone" in the Settings.
Delete Cloud Account & Data: If you use Cloud Sync, you can navigate to the Settings > Danger Zone > "Delete Cloud Account & Data". This action permanently and irreversibly deletes your user profile, authentication credentials, and all synced habit data from our Firebase servers.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
