Import from file:

• XLS (need to add header in file with (1) [Barcode]: barcode data. (2) [AboveText] : above barcode text. (3) [BelowText] : below barcode text. (4) [Repeat] : how many times you want to repeat this row.)

• CSV & TXT ( without header. just three columns )

Import from Database:

Supported database is SQL, Ms Access and oracle.

Printing Settings:

Choose already existing setting or create your own setting as labels page you have or as your requirement, However you could modify below settings as needed.

Labels per page:

how many labels on your label paper. how many columns and rows. although you can show table borders lines as a guide.

Start print on position:

If you have a labels papers already you have use some labels on it and don't want to WAST the remaining labels, So you want to start print labels on page from specific label.

Unit of measure:

Unit of measure for page size, page margins and spaces.

Page Size:

Choose from default page size variants or edit with your own custom paper size.

Page Margins:

Enter your page margins in the chosen format in the Page type section

Spaces:

input value of space between columns and rows

Page Rotation:

you can rotate you page 90 degree or 180 degree or even 270 degree

Barcode:

choose barcode type : Code 128,QR code or code 39. although edit barcode height, width ,side space and quality.

For readable text, you can edit font type, size and position under or above barcode.

Notes

• Barcode and readable text will automatically fit on label size.

• Barcode Area size it's a percentage of label size.

• Use minimum length to make barcode same words length to get the best result for 128 code.

Text Above / Below Barcode:

You can change font type, size,line space and alignment. Although text rotation and Area size parentage of label size.

Inserted text:

If you chooses to insert text without barcode, this will be the settings you need.

Inserted Images:

If you chooses to insert Image without barcode, this will be the settings you need.

Correction:

if you found a troubles on page height size .

Apply & Save:

Apply settings to all pages and Save settings to use it next time.

Preview:

Apply settings to all pages without save current settings.

Rest to Default:

That's reset all setting as it's saved last time.

Notes:

• You could choose to save current modified settings or delete settings (from settings popup menu).

• You could export all setting as a CSV file for share or backup to import it later (from settings popup menu).

Status bar:

Shown a single label size, count of pages and count of labels.

Copy / Paste :

copy or paste cell inside list or past from outside software.

Duplicate:

duplicate selected rows

Move up/down step:

move selected rows up or down to arrange labels as expect

Export List:

Export entered list to excel file

Delete Selection:

Remove selected rows from list

Clear List:

Delete all entered data
