The Barclay Farms Homeowners Association (BFHOA) is a membership-by-choice organization whose purpose is to promote a sense of community within Barclay Farms. We are a nontraditional HOA. Aside from bringing our residents together through social events and meetings, we work to educate homeowners on lease agreements, new regulations within the Town of Camden and Kent County, and other housing issues that would impact residents.
