At Barb’s and Bumbles Properties, we’re California natives who have made Santa Fe and Albuquerque our full-time home. With years of experience owning and renovating our own homes, we bring a deep understanding of what it takes to create a comfortable, well-maintained living space.

We’re committed to making our tenants feel truly at home. Whether it's through careful attention to detail in every renovation or our dedication to ensuring your rental experience is stress-free, we pride ourselves on providing homes where you can settle in and feel at ease. Our goal is to create a welcoming, community-focused environment that you’ll love being a part of.
