Dotwork 

This is the technique I started tattooing with: I moved from point by point to other forms of dot shading, experimenting with different needles, speeds, machines, and ink preparations. It's a method I still use in my work, as it allows me to build shadows  and create depth, texture, and movement - especially in my floral compositions and blackwork pieces.
