This Privacy Policy applies to the Muslimun - Quran, Azan & Qibla mobile application and any related services operated by Baqory (collectively, the “Application”). Baqory is referred to as the “Service Provider.”
The Application may collect certain information when you download and use it. Depending on how you use the Application and the services enabled, this information may include:

Application usage and interaction information
Information about how and when you use the Application
Diagnostic and crash information
Advertising identifiers, where applicable

The Application allows users to download audio and other content for offline use. Downloaded content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider merely because it is downloaded.
The Application uses third-party software development kits (SDKs) and similar technologies to provide functionality, analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, security, and in-app messaging.
These services may process technical information, device identifiers, application usage information, diagnostic information, and other information necessary to provide their services.
The Application may use the Android Advertising ID through third-party SDKs, including Firebase Analytics, for analytics and measurement purposes. The Android Advertising ID is a resettable identifier provided by Google Play services.
The Application does not display advertisements.
Users may reset or delete their Advertising ID through the settings available on their Android device.
Where required by applicable law, consent will be obtained before processing information for purposes that require consent.
The Application may access and use your device's location to provide core features such as prayer times and Qibla direction.
Location is primarily used to provide requested Application functionality.
The Service Provider does not intentionally store your precise device location on its own servers.
Location information may be processed by trusted third-party services, such as Google services, when necessary to provide features such as maps and location-related functionality.
The Service Provider does not sell your location information.
The Application uses trusted third-party services to provide various features and services. These may include:
Google Play Services – for Android and Google-related functionality.
Google Maps SDK – for map-related functionality.
Firebase Analytics – to understand Application usage and improve the Application.
Firebase Crashlytics – to collect crash reports and diagnostic information and improve Application stability.
Firebase In-App Messaging – to deliver messages within the Application and measure interactions with those messages.
Firebase App Check – to help protect Firebase resources and services from abuse.
Firebase Storage – to provide Application resources and content.
RevenueCat – to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
These third-party service providers may process information such as device information, application usage information, diagnostic information, identifiers, and purchase or subscription information as necessary to provide their respective services.
For example, RevenueCat may process technical information about the device and transaction information such as Google Play purchase information in connection with subscription management.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.
The Service Provider does not sell your personal data.

Providing Application functionality

You can stop the Application's collection of information by uninstalling the Application.

Uninstalling the Application removes locally stored Application data from your device, although information that has already been transmitted to third-party service providers may be retained according to their applicable policies and retention requirements.

The Service Provider and its third-party service providers retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining security, improving the Application, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.
Analytics and diagnostic information may be retained according to the configuration and retention policies of the relevant third-party services.
Subscription and transaction information may be retained by third-party payment and subscription service providers as necessary for subscription management, accounting, security, and legal purposes.
Aggregated or anonymized information that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual may be retained for longer periods.
The Application is not directed toward children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law.

The Service Provider implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
