收到邮件后，回复“I agree”（不带引号），注意不能写错，因为这是系统自动识别，无人工参与。正常情况下，10分钟左右即可收到退款。
提交工单联系客服进行退款。
在“Subject”主题一栏填写“Application for refund”。
在“Message”内容一栏填写“I’d like to refund VPS, thank you.”。
其他选项保持默认即可，因为只要退款成功，账户内的所有VPS都会一并退款，无需选择特定方案。
