Dr. Bansilal Bairwa is a distinguished academician and researcher, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, REVA University, Bengaluru. With an impressive portfolio of 65 Scopus-indexed publications, an H-index of 13, 10 published Indian patents, and expert sessions delivered at 21 leading institutions across India, he has established himself as a leading authority in Battery Modeling, Machine Learning, and Electric Vehicle SystemsÂ
His academic journey includes a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Mewar University, an M.Tech in Power & Energy Systems from the National Institute of Technology Surathkal, and a Ph.D. in Modeling and Performance Analysis of Li-ion Battery for Electric Vehicles.
His teaching experience at REVA University is complemented by research experience as a Junior Research Fellow at Malaviya National Institute of Technology. He has guided numerous UG and PG projects, particularly in battery swapping, solar irrigation systems, and smart grid control.
Dr. Bairwa is deeply involved in industry collaboration, leveraging his extensive network to bridge the gap between academia and industry, benefiting both students and faculty. His collaborative efforts have led to innovations like the modeling and simulation of solar irrigation systems, battery swapping for EV applications, and capacity fade prediction of lithium-ion batteries.
