บางนา อพาร์ทเม้นท์ กรุ้ป มีจุดมุ่งหมาย ที่จะทำห้องสตูดิโอ อพาร์ทเม้นท์ ให้มีมาตรฐาน ใกล้เคียงกับคอนโดมีเนียม คือ มีลิฟท์ มีแอร์ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ในราคาที่ถูกกว่าเช่าคอนโด คือประมาณ Since the 80's, our parents bought the first apartment on Theparak rd. and built 6 more apartment complexes financed by the profit from real estate development.  The family policy of not taking a risk on bank loans on investments paid off when the economic crisis hit in the late 90s.  We acquired many more buildings from high-end to medium range in downtown areas.  This shows that we are an experienced team in every kind of apartment building: construction from the ground up, renovation, reparation, maintenance, and service.   

The orange shade that slightly fades each floor down from top to bottom is our signature, which is intentionally painted to be recognized with our brand.  As the sunlight affected the colored paint, the older ones turned a little pinkish.  The exterior might seem rugged, but the interior and the facility have been constantly maintained and repaired to the original condition.  Most of our units are 22 sq.m. studio rooms, with a few larger 30 sq.m. studio and one-bedroom suites.
