About this policy
This policy explains how the app handles information when you browse captions, save favorites, customize themes and audio, use home-screen widgets, and copy or share text.
Information handled by the app
The current app does not require an account and does not send personal information to a developer-operated server. It does not include advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
The app stores your favorite caption identifiers, theme and background selections, audio preferences, launcher-icon selection, widget configuration, and review-prompt preferences locally on your device. These settings support the features you choose. Android backup and restore may handle app settings according to your device configuration.
Text entered into the app's text tools is processed on your device. Copying text places it on your device clipboard. When you choose Share, the selected text is passed to the application or recipient you choose through the Android share interface. That application's privacy policy applies to its handling of the shared content.
Permissions and device features
The app does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone. It uses Android home-screen widget features and a boot-completed receiver to support widget operation after a device restart. Theme images, captions, and audio are bundled with the app.
Google Play and external services
If you choose to rate the app, Google Play handles the review process under Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. The developer does not receive private Google account credentials through the app. Reviews you publish may be publicly visible on Google Play.
This privacy-policy website is hosted by Google Sites. Google may process website visitor information under its own privacy policy. This is separate from the app's local data handling.
Retention and deletion
Local settings and favorites remain until you change them, clear the app's storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the app. Device backups may retain copies under your device or backup provider's settings. No developer-operated account or server-side user profile is created by the current app.
Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe personal information has been provided to the developer in a support request, please contact us so we can review and address it.
Support communications
If you contact us, we use the information you voluntarily provide to respond to your request. Avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information. Support communications are retained only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations.
