Jacob VanDyne built the "Bangers Only" app as a Free app. This application is provided by Jacob VanDyne at no cost and is intended for use as is. This app does contain in-app purchases through the Apple App store. The Apple App store will ficilitate the purchase and any information you provide in that process.

We do not collect any PII from you when "Bangers Only" is downloaded from the Apple App Store. We do not require the user to register before downloading or using the application. We do not have a server to store any PII information. We do not collect information based on what the user inputs into the app. The app will temporarily store user inputted information into userdefaults, however, we do not collect or store that information. That information is for gameplay use of the user only. This app will collect information with the sole purpose of improving the service such as, usage, errors, etc.

This app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. This app contains in-app purchases and the information provided by the user is intended for Apple.

This app also uses Google Firebase Analytics. This tracks events happening within the app. The information provided through this third party service will be used to fix issues within the app. Other google services may be used if needed.

Within "Bangers Only" you may also elect to use Apple Music, and allow the app to access your music library/apple music subscription. This is a voluntary action of the user. Apple music may collect information based on the user's use of the Apple music function within this app. We do not collect or store this information, however, Apple Music may if they choose to do so.
