হঠাৎ হার্ট অ্যাটাক হলে কী করবেন?
হুট করে হার্ট অ্যাটাকে মৃত্যু। এমন আকস্মিক হার্ট অ্যাটাকে মৃত্যুর খবর আশপাশে প্রায়ই শোনা যায়। হঠাৎ হৃদ্যন্ত্রের ক্রিয়া বন্ধ হওয়াকে বলা হয় মুভি হার্ট অ্যাটাক। তবে বেশির ভাগ ক্ষেত্রে হার্ট অ্যাটাকের আগে শরীর সংকেত পাঠায়। প্রথমে বুকে অল্প ব্যথার সঙ্গে অস্বস্তি থাকে। বেশির ভাগ সময় হার্ট অ্যাটাকে বুকের মাঝখানে চাপ বোধ হয়। কয়েক মিনিট ধরে ব্যথা থাকে। মাঝেমাঝে ব্যথা চলে যায় আবার ফিরে আসে। আরো বিস্তারিত পড়ুন হঠাৎ হার্ট অ্যাটাক হলে কী করবেন?
