Volunteers in the area will sort, fill the wagons and student runners will deliver lunch to each station
Once the last of the Volunteers has checked in and lunch has been cleaned up after, this station can hang out unless needed. Tear down once Cleveland High has checked in and is on the Practice Field and can then follow our kids to the Stadium.

1 at entrance directing buses straight in, volunteers to the right, and lunch to the left. Food delivery will drive and park next to the table.
WHEN OUR KIDS LEAVE THE PRACTICE FIELD AND ALL VOLUNTEERS LEAVE THIS WHOLE BAND SIDE TO FOLLOW TO STADIUM, THE EXCEPTION IS AT LEAST ONE TRAFFIC DAD. PLEASE KEEP ONE BAND DAD AT THE ENTRANCE TO KEEP PEOPLE FROM COMING IN. ONCE AWARDS ARE OVER, THE BANDS WILL BOARD THEIR BUSES AND LEAVE

The bands will exit the stadium and walk to the auxiliary gym and the team will escort them in and out.
NO PARENTS WILL BE FOLLOWING- EXCEPT DESIGNATED CHAPERONES- TO BUY/ORDER THE PICTURES. We will have the link for the photographer's website at the merch table and outside the gym area

Parking Plan: 1 volunteer at round-a-bout directing traffic, 1 volunteer at entrance directing equipment trucks to the right into the "Senior Parking" lot and directing attendees to the left into general parking. 1 exception: Organ Mountain will come with a semi, park this up the middle lane. Equipment will offload, props will be pushed up through the visitor's entrance onto the field. And then out the home and to their trucks to be taken down and put away. They can repark to a separate location for tailgating
Port-0-Potties will be located on the side of the gym facing the basketball court.

Gate Plan:
Stand at the gate, open to let the bands and props in, open to let them back out and keep all attendees out. Only official BAR workers and band workers are allowed in.
