The Summit Center has many rental options all under one roof.  We offer full and partial-day rentals.  Our "Gathering Room" is a great space for your small group.  Our well-equipped "Kitchen" is great for the caterer or meal preppers.  Add the "Community Center," and you have everything you need for 180 guests.  Our "Auditorium" makes a classical wedding venue, a sports venue, or a family fun rental.  The Summit Center rentals are located at 304 South Summit and have ample parking for your event. All alcoholic beverages at the Summit Center will be sold through the Beverage Center.  Call 641-220-0515 or email firedept@bancroftiowa.com to make arrangements. 

The EMS Room Rental is perfect for meetings, showers, and more. This 300 SF room is located at 105 E. Ramsey Street and has ample parking for your event.  This rental includes 6 tables, 30 chairs, a kitchen sink, internet, and a restroom.
