Contacts
By granting permission to access your address book, we will collect all your contact information, including phone numbers, contact names, and contact dates. This collection is necessary to establish your credit profile and expand our means of contacting you. It also enables you to select references for your loan application, aiding in anti-fraud measures. Rest assured that all contact lists will not be monitored, stored, or shared with any third parties. Location
We collect and monitor location information from your device to assess customer risk and determine credit scores. This information will be securely uploaded to the Banana Credit server (https://www.bananacreditug.com/) for analysis and protection.
Mobile Device
We collect and monitor specific information about your device, such as its name, model, region and language settings, identification code, hardware and software details, status, usage patterns, and unique identifiers like IMEI and serial number. This information ensures that only authorized devices are used to prevent fraud. Additionally, we compile a detailed list of your installed applications to assess your borrowing behavior and debt situation.
