🛏️ Description: Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), with a private entrance and outdoor parking:

• A master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet.

• A second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a sink, and a shower.

• A bright 35 m² living space with a lounge area (TV, sofa, coffee table, dining table), and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooktop, sink, dishwasher, washing machine).

• A separate toilet.

• A 12 x 3 m swimming pool, sun loungers on the lawn, a shaded lounge area for privacy, and a daybed surrounded by lush greenery. "It feels like being in Bali!"

(Shared with the discreet owners living on the ground floor. Pool open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., secured by a gate.)
