Mike is our Founder, Co-Owner, and Pitmaster. He is in charge of preparing the rubs and smoking the meat. He is the leader of the Sales Department and is famous for his promotional videos.

Denise is our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Co-Owner. Besides keeping records and financials, she assists with food and event prep. She also assists with Event Marketing.
MaryEmma
MaryEmma
MaryEmma's specialty is cooking and preparing the Smoked Mac & Cheese. She assists with the Marketing and Promotion department. She is also our website developer and in charge of our Merchandise.

Brooke is the head of Product Development, assists with Event Marketing and our Social Media team.
