Please Read the below terms and conditions before moving IN 

1. Notice period - 1 month

2. Advance amount won't be adjusted. you should pay rent every month and while leaving the advance amount will be refunded

3. Advance amount is fully refundable at the time of leaving if prior intimation of leaving is communicated before 30 days

4. Minimum 3 months stay is expected

5. Rent should be paid in cash within 5th of every month

6. An Activity by The Guest That Disturbs the Other Guests in The PG, The Management Shall Be at Liberty to Vacate His Room Immediately.

7. Valid Govt ID, Company/Institution ID and emergency contact needs to be submitted at the time of joining

8. No gate closing time but prior intimation is expected

9. keep the gate closed always

10.  No smoking 🚭  & No drinking

11.  Using of Induction stove and other electrical appliances is prohibited

12.  Opposite gender not allowed

13.  Bathroom will be cleaned Twice in a week

14.  Room will be cleaned weekly once
