Dr. Adam LePosa grew up in Buffalo, NY. He attended the University of Rochester for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 2010 and completed his Ocular Disease residency at the Baltimore VA Medical Center in 2011. He spent the next five years working in a glaucoma sub-specialty practice located in Baltimore, MD, where he gained extensive experience in the management of primary and secondary glaucoma as well as post-operative management of glaucoma. In 2016, he returned to the Baltimore VA, and has been the Student Program Supervisor since 2017, and residency program supervisor since December of 2022. He has experience as a Principal Investigator on Phase 3 Clinical trials and has lectured to optometrists about glaucoma on state, regional and national levels. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a member of the Optometric Glaucoma Society.
