We recently brought our car to Baltimore Diesel and Equipment Service Inc. for a second opinion after Koons of Annapolis diagnosed it with a transfer issue, estimating the repairs at $4,000. Visiting during Christmas week, we expected delays, but were pleasantly surprised. The owner, Mark, called us the next day to report that, after running tests, he found no transmission issues. In the following call, Mark informed us that the car was ready, and the repair cost was only a quarter of what Koons Annapolis had quoted. We recently drove the car to Ohio for New Year’s, and it performed flawlessly. We’re thrilled with the results and highly recommend this place. When I was trying to find a good place to get my truck fixed, I was really impressed by all the great feedback from Baltimore Diesel's customers. After choosing to go with them I have to say, I understand exactly what everybody is talking about. Mark is obviously a very knowledgeable and thorough guy, and on top of that he is extremely straight-forward and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Enough can't be said about that kind of customer service. His son is also a very nice and helpful guy. I will be recommending Baltimore Diesel to my friends and coworkers. Thanks guys!

Recently bought a Ford Excursion, my first diesel truck. Wasn’t all that familiar with the platform and called Baltimore Diesel & Equipment Service and spoke to Mark. We had a 20 minute conversation where Mark took the time to educate me on the truck. Brought the truck in for repairs and Mark explained everything to me thoroughly before performing the repairs. Kept in contact with me about parts and estimated time the truck repairs would be completed. After repairing the truck, Mark took the time to do a walk around of the truck and they even washed the truck for me! That’s what I call superior customer service!! I will continue to give Mark and his team at Baltimore Diesel all of my business. If you are looking for a repair shop look no further.
