Roberto Lugo is a Puerto Rican American artist. His work can be seen in Baltimore at the Walters Art Museum (it is free and open to the public). He was a Resident Artist at Baltimore Clayworks.
He says: "My work is intended to be a biographical narrative that tells the many stories of my life. The objects I create speak of personal subjects – my experiences with obesity, racism, and class division. I use the associations with ceramic material and forms of pottery, such as elite fine china and porcelain, to discuss these issues with humor and irony."
Jordan Casteel was born in 1989 in Denver, Colorado. She lives and works in New York. Casteel creates colossal portraits of the people in her community, including former classmates at Yale University, where she received her MFA in 2014; street vendors and business owners in her Harlem neighborhood; and students from her classes at Rutgers University-Newark. Rendered in vibrant hues of amber, lavender, and indigo, Casteel’s oil paintings confront traditional notions of gender and race in portraiture, with the expressed purpose of featuring those who might not otherwise be portrayed on museum walls. - Art 21

Dandelion is a plant with yellow flowers. Taraxacum officinale is the most common variety of this plant, and it grows in many parts of the world. Botanists consider dandelions to be herbs. People use the leaves, stem, flower, and root of the dandelion for medicinal purposes. Dandelion are full of antioxidants. It provides minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium. Dandelion boosts immune system, kills cancer cells and supports digestion.
Cleavers are an annual plant that creeps along with straggling stems that branch out. They attach themselves to anything in their way with small hooked hairs that grow out of the leaves and stems. They also grow near crops, orchards, waste areas, disturbed areas, pastures, open woodlands and in gardens. Cleavers have historically been known as a medicinal plant although it is food too. The leaves and stems can be used as leaf vegetable although it is very sticky so it will not blend well in a salad. It can be used on bread in sandwiches and sautéed. Fruits of the cleavers can be collected and dried, then roasted for use as a coffee substitute. Leaves and stems can be dried and used for tea.
Yellow dock, native to Europe and Western Asia, loves roadsides, pastures, fields, and other disturbed areas. The edible leaves and roots of this plant support health digestion and have high levels of iron. It has smooth leaves shooting off from a large basal rosette, with distinctive waved or curled edges. Dock leaves are an excellent source of both vitamin A and vitamin C, as well as a source of iron and potassium. In Western herbalism, the root is often used for treating anemia, due to its high level of iron.
Clovers Grass seedings benefit from the nitrogen produced by white clover included in the seed mixture. Solid stands of white clover form a good erosion control cover on moist fertile soils, but stands may be sparse or spotty on dry sites.
Chickweed, native to Eurasia, is an abundant wild edible common in lawns, meadows, waste places and open areas. It's used for salad green and is a traditional spring tonic. It is very nutritious, being high in chlorophyll, vitamins A & C, and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. Chickweed has health properties to help support the liver and the whole lymphatic system. Traditionally it is used to remove metabolic wastes and excess fats from the body.

Meditation is the practice of awareness and mindfulness defined here by Holistic Life Foundation:
"Mindfulness is the combination of awareness, centering, and being present. It is the awareness of your thoughts, emotions, actions, and energy. It is the ability to get centered and stay centered in all situations. And it is the ability to be present, not letting internal and external distractions take you from the current moment. This leads to the development of empathy, compassion, love, balance, and harmony. "
