Balloon Pop Kids (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a child-friendly mobile game developed by EK Games. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information, advertising, purchases, analytics, and child safety.
1. Overview
Balloon Pop Kids is designed for children and families. The App does not require account registration, does not include chat, does not include social features, and does not allow users to upload content.
We aim to collect as little information as possible while keeping the App functional, safe, and enjoyable.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not ask children to provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
- Photos
- Contacts
- Messages
- Social media accounts
- Precise location
- User-generated content
The App does not include public profiles, chat rooms, social feeds, or user-to-user communication.
3. Information We May Collect
The App may use an anonymous locally generated user identifier to support basic game features such as scores, purchases, restore purchases, and backend functionality.
This identifier is not intended to identify a child personally. It is used only for app functionality.
The App may also process limited technical information such as:
- Device platform, such as Android
- App version
- Anonymous gameplay events
- Purchase status
- Best score or game progress information
4. Game Progress and Scores
The App may store gameplay progress, coins, scores, settings, and unlocked items locally on the device.
The App may also send anonymous score information to our backend server to support basic leaderboard or score functionality. This information is not connected to a real name or public personal profile.
5. Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases, such as premium access, removing ads, and coin packs.
Purchases are processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store payment card information. Payment information is handled by Google Play according to Google’s own policies.
RevenueCat may process purchase-related information to validate purchases, manage subscriptions, restore purchases, and provide access to purchased content.
6. Advertising
The App may show ads through Yodo1 MAS and its advertising partners.
Ads are intended to be child-directed and family-safe where applicable. The App does not show interstitial ads during active gameplay. Ads may appear after a completed game, as a banner, or as an optional rewarded ad where the player may choose to watch an ad to receive in-game coins.
Users who purchase Premium or Remove Ads will have ads removed where supported by the App.
Advertising partners may process limited device or advertising-related data to deliver and measure ads in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.
7. Analytics and Backend
The App may send limited anonymous technical and gameplay events to our backend server to help us understand app stability, gameplay balance, purchase status, and general app performance.
We do not use this information to personally identify children.
8. Children’s Privacy
Balloon Pop Kids is designed to be safe for children.
The App:
- Does not require login
- Does not include chat
- Does not include public profiles
- Does not allow user-generated content
- Does not ask children for personal information
- Does not sell personal information
- Does not use aggressive purchase pressure
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it if necessary.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
- Google Play Services and Google Play Billing
- RevenueCat, for purchase and subscription management
- Yodo1 MAS, for advertising
- Backend hosting services, for anonymous app functionality
These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
10. Data Retention
Anonymous gameplay and purchase-related records may be kept for as long as necessary to provide the App, support purchases, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve app functionality.
Local game progress may remain on the device until the App is deleted or the device data is cleared.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
12. International Users
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the App, you understand that information may be processed where our service providers operate.
13. Your Choices
Parents or guardians may:
- Disable ads by purchasing Remove Ads or Premium
- Restore purchases through the App
- Clear local app data from device settings
- Contact us to request deletion of backend records associated with an anonymous user identifier, where possible
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a new effective date.
