Healthcare support level 5 gives the learner the skills and the qualification to work as a Healthcare assistant in any healthcare setting including Hospital, Care of the Elderly setting, intellectual disability settings, among many more. 

Completion of all eight modules is required to gain employment in this area. 

All modules are QQI level 5. You can choose to complete the award full time or part time but all modules must be completed within five years.
