Tour Conditions

• All of our tour are started from Bali, any special request can be discussed with us.
• Minimum booking 2 persons
• All tour are in private car with fully air-conditioned car, English Speaking Driver.
• Tour condition is private ( no other participant )
• Tour prices are clear,mean NO HIDDEN CHARGE.
• Child maximum 10 year old will get special discount for regular tour. And Term & condition are apply
• If you are in Bali, for last minutes booking our tours, just dial our local number at (+62) 821-4746-0909 then we’ll pick up as our timing schedule.
• Cancellation on the day of tour will charge 40% from price. And cancellation less then 3 Hours before departure time, will be charge 80% of the price.

BOOKINGS

The reservation for tours must be done at least three day prior to your tour departure. Bookings can be made directly call us by mobile phone at (+62) 821-4746-0909 / WhatsApp or send us an email to: info@balitransportservice.net

PAYMENT

The cost of tour is settled in cash upon the departure of the tour. The package tours with overnight require 30% deposit when the reservation is made.

All normal booking must be paid in advance to secure the booking.

Once a booking confirmed, you will receive the invoice and payment could be made with cash or bank transfer

CHANGE TOUR PROGRAM

The tour program still can be changed into other program without any cancellation fee at any time 48 hours prior to the day of tour. The change must be received by Email Or phone (+62) 821-4746-0909 / WhatsApp
