Payment Arrangements:
Do you allow payment arrangements (i.e., weekly, monthly)?
Yes, we do allow payment arrangements after the initial $200 nonrefundable deposit is received and processed. Your deposit will be applied to the trip total. The final payment is due January 9, 2025.
Visa/Passport to Travel
Do U.S. citizens need a visa and a passport to travel? Any other ID or documents needed to travel from the USA besides a passport?
Yes, the passport is always required to travel for US Citizens. Apart from Passport & Visa no other ID is required
What is your refund/cancellation policy if someone backs out of the trip?
Cancellation Charges
☑️ Deposits are non-refundable. However if canceled more than 60 days before the travel date, you can transfer it to another date or trip.
☑️ If canceled less than 60 days before the trip, Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For the balance amount, the below cancellation fee will be applicable:
60 - 31 days prior to arrival (60% Refund)
30 - 07 days prior to arrival (25% Refund)
6 Days to less than 72 hours (0% Refund)
